This notice describes our demonstration and contact channels. Customer deployments need their own agreed data-handling and service terms. Please use fictional details in the phone demo.

This website

The site has no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, signup forms or embedded booking widgets. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process technical information such as IP addresses and requests to deliver the website and operate its service.

Opportunity calculator

The numbers you enter are calculated in your browser. The calculator does not submit them to us or store them for future visits.

Calling the demo

The demo uses Twilio for telephone routing and ElevenLabs for the AI conversation. They process call information such as phone numbers and conversation content. The current agent configuration records audio and stores transcripts for testing and review. Do not share patient information, financial details, passwords or other sensitive information.

Recorded demo conversations currently have no automatic deletion deadline configured. Contact us to request deletion or ask about a particular call. We must confirm any remaining vendor retention when handling a request.

Business inquiry notes

We may save a private call summary and the business contact details you choose to leave for Reuben. These notes are stored in our restricted back-office system for reviewing your inquiry. An email left in the demo does not book an appointment or subscribe you to marketing. Automated follow-up email is not currently enabled.

Booking a sales call

The booking link opens Cal.com. Details you submit there are used to schedule your meeting with Reuben, with Google Calendar and Google Meet for the meeting. Read Cal.com's privacy notice before submitting your information.

Emailing us

Email sent to our GoodRobot address is handled through Google Workspace. We use it to answer your request and discuss our service. We do not add you to a marketing list simply because you contact us.

Requests and choices

You can ask us about access, correction or deletion of your information, or tell us not to contact you further. Email the address above with enough information to identify your request, without sending additional sensitive information.

Before customer activation

We agree the customer workflow, data requirements, service providers, access and retention before routing customer calls. This demonstration is not an approval to process sensitive customer data.
